Our Mailing Address

We can received letters or packages at either of the following addresses. Both use regular domestic postage (you do not have to pay international rates). They each have their own set of rules. You can use whichever method is most convenient for you. It doesn't make a difference on our end.

Our Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) address:

Unit 2140, Box 76

This address is valid for things sent via the US Post Office only (no FedEx, UPS or DHL accepted). Packages must be under 70 lbs. and less than 108'" [length + width].  No batteries allowed.

A customs form is required for all packages (not for letters). On the customs form, it is not necessary to list every item in the package. You can say "gift" or "baby items", etc. Basically they just want to see that we aren't receiving 100 items that we're going to try to resell locally. You can value items however you'd like. The actual value you paid is not necessary to list. This column on the form does not really apply to us since we are not charged a duty/tax on the items we receive.

The Post Office offers a discount price on large Flat Rate boxes that are sent to a DPO/APO/FPO (that's us!). Instead of the usual $13/box, it's $10/box. You may have to request that price at the post office though.

We usually receive mail in 1-3 weeks via the DPO.

Dulles, VA 20189

USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL are all accepted at this address. Packages must be under 50 lbs, maximum size is 17 x 18 x 32 inches. No glass, aerosols, or liquids (over 16oz) is allowed. No customs form is required.

We usually receive mail in 2-4 weeks via the Pouch.
